Happy Children's Day.

i still remember the times when i was a kid.
looking back at my old thoughts it seems pretty childish,
but hey,
i was a kid duh.

then again,
it was so carefree and thoughtless.
main ideas when i was a kid was:
1) spend money on/ save money for something cool
2) go straight to soccer during recess
3) turn on the computer + internet whenever parents went out
4) go home straight from school if there's nothing on.
and still i had lots of fun.

now,
it's harder to get that level of fun.
for example,
i had to take bus 55 all the way from marine parade to bishan to talk to friends.
and the trip back was kinda lame too.
soccer? no more.
replaced with random kachiaos.

its even harder to get those
'gay'
innocent smiles.
and one might even pray for a hug from a friend.

a high five feels like a feeble attempt honestly.
ah well.
its a matter of different perspectives and different humor.
something that might not be felt again.
pessimsimsmsmsimsm.
