it sucks to be the leader,
it sucks when your members are not active.
it is their fault that they do not volunteer to do it,
it would have been their fault if the task was not done.

but at the same time,
it would be the leader's fault if the leader doesn't push them to do it.
it would be the leader's fault if the task was not done.

the leader is the STR attribute;
the tank,
the face of the team.
without the leader,
there will be nothing accomplished.

so what pushes the leader to push the rest?
fear of nothing getting done?
motivation of getting things done?
the joy of pushing people? (for you scary people out there)

it's tough to push the rest when you do not identify what is pushing you.
