just went for a first run since..
the january 5km run.

totally felt like i was hyperventilating after the run.
even though i dont know what hyperventilating is,
i specificallly felt faint even though i was breathing fast..
so i guess that was that.

stupid nose not letting me breathe through it since a few days back.
causing sore throat as a result.
guh.
run some more i run the shit out of u.
HAHA literally, get it?

feels like forever since i ran,
and it reminded me of some 'life skills' that i've learnt.

during primary and secondary school,
i learnt the sportsman's body,
where everyday was full of exercises even without school curriculum.

after that i proceeded to learn the cost saving body,
where one sleeps hungry and metabolism slows down to fit the less activities needed..

and now i gotta get back to the sportsman's body asap.

worried for R spending the two weeks alone at florence.

and the running just didnt get the important things off my mind.
guess maybe that's why they're important,
cant shake them off.

looking forward to the weekend.
